STM presents JRMS as a "Total Solution" for the Quick Service Restaurant (QSR) industry. Designed with the multi site franchise in mind JRMS can offer its customers Point of Sale, Back Office and Head Office Systems providing effective control over the critical elements of Money, Food and Labour and the distribution of Data to and from its restaurants.

STM has provided its Point of Sale, Back Office Manager and Head Office systems to the franchisees of Burger King, Hungry Jacks, Red Rooster, Domino's Pizza, KFC and others. Well over 1000 sites have been installed across Australia, New Zealand, Guam, Malaysia, Philippines, Thailand, Singapore, China, Taiwan and Indonesia. Since 1999 Burger King Corporation has used RMS in all its restaurants in Australia. The Head Office system is the strategy of choice for controlling the distribution of data to and from its restaurants and as a data warehousing facility.

STM provides an "open system." This means that we do not lock our customers into proprietary equipment. STM sets some necessary standards for performance and connectivity but remains true to being an open system - the customer can make competitive choices.
